This terms and conditions are only a rough translation to the German original. For the reason that Globetrotter Ausrüstung Denart & Lechard GmbH is a German company, the German terms and conditions are legally valid.

We supply packages to the following countries:

How do we deliver internet orders to EU member states?

Usually by DHL to your home address. We will not deliver to PO boxes or poste restante/ general delivery!

Please notice that a different delivery address must be in the same country as the billing address.

Delivery Period:

All internet orders will be delivered as soon as possible. Our average delivery period from the time we receive the order to delivery is at least 3-5 business days. Business days =Monday to Friday. Excluding public holidays.

We do not provide an express service abroad.

Orders will only be sent if all previous orders have been paid. We accept no responsibility for errors in transmission.

 

How to pay?

By credit card. Please fill the online form for credit card payment. We will charge your card account directly after dispatching your order. All orders that come in not through the webshop will have to be paid in advance via bank transfer.
All goods stay property of Globetrotter Ausrüstung until complete payment has taken place.
Returns will be credited to the customer.

Minimum order volume for EU member states is 52,00 EUR.

Delivery with reservations

We hold under reserve that if the goods can not be delivered we can withdraw the buying contract. We will contact you about that fact as soon as possible. If you have already paid we will credit your money back as soon as possible. We deliver hot offers as long as they are in stock. We are allowed to partial delivery.

 

Contract

The buying contract will be completed with the delivery of the goods.

Refund of Vat

We refund VAT to export customers in non EU membership states minus EUR 10.00 handling charges. Banking charges are payable by the customer. Immediate deduction for companies is possible if VAT number or UID number is stated.

 

Return of goods (only with return form)

Please ship returned goods only as an insured parcel. All goods can be returned in mint condition within 14 days. Please deduct the value of returned goods from the invoice. If you want to change an article e.g. to another size, you will receive a new invoice with the delivery.
Kindly return the parcel prepaid, otherwise we will have to charge you the appropriate fee.

 

Repair Service

Should any of your equipment be broken or damaged we offer our customers our own repair service at Globetrotter. If requested, we can also forward the article to the supplier/ manufacturer for repair. Please contact us by telephone in advance. We will send you a cost estimate if required.

 

Damage in Transit

When receiving your order, please check the parcel at once to see if all goods are present and in mint condition. Please inform the delivery agent immediately if the parcel is damaged, and contact us as soon as possible. After you have registered your claims against the deliverer to us, we will replace the articles immediately.

 

Prices/Country-specific VAT rates

With the publication of the catalogue all previous prices become invalid. The prices of the Globetrotter Handbuch Sommer 2012 and the Jack Wolfskin catalogue Sommer 2010 are valid until the releases of the Winter 2012/13 editions. Exceptions can be made in case of any unusual price increases by our suppliers. You will be informed after you have placed your order if any of the articles you ordered is subject to this kind of price increase. The prices in our catalogue are final prices incl. VAT. Prices and products are subject to change without notice.

Generally the VAT rate is based on the member country of the supplier. However, if the sales exceed a certain limit in a EU member country, the supplier is liable to charge the current VAT and draw it off in the land of destination . In the following countries Globetrotter exceeds the delivery limit and therefore calculates the VAT according to the rates in the land of destination Country

Receipts

Please keep all receipts! They are important as proof of purchase in case of queries or complaints or for your insurance company in case of theft.

 

Data Protection

We store all addresses that we receive by telephone, electronic or written inquiries or orders. We are prohibited from transmitting your data to other persons, companies or institutions. If you want us to delete your address from our list of customers, please let us know! We reserve the right to assess the solvency of our customers through external credit information agencies.
